Our Central residence is located at Smithfield Gate, one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Dublin, with the super-modern Lighthouse cinema, a gym, numerous cafes and bars and the Jameson Distillery less than a 3-minute walk from your door! This area is just a 15-minute walk from O’Connell Street, and both the red and green Luas tram lines are less than 5 minutes from your door on foot.
Conveniently located nearby in the North of the city are our Dublin 9 and Dublin 11 residences, which are strategically situated to provide easy access to DCU and DIT universities, among others, while still being only a short bus journey from the heart of the City Centre. This area is buzzing with student activity, and is perfect for those who want to be close to the excitement of campus life, while also having easy access to all the amenities and social opportunities of the City Centre. Our Santry Cross and Plaza locations are serviced by the frequent 4, 13, and 155 bus routes, and feature a wide variety of shops, eateries, and even a modern gym and swimming pool, all within a 10-minute walk.
On your arrival, one of our ‘Welcome Team’ will greet you to show you around your new home and answer any questions you might have. You can meet your new housemates and have a look around your fully-equipped apartment. Rest assured that you will have all modern conveniences at your fingertips, with shared cooking and laundry facilities, space to store your food, comfortable furniture and of course, the all-important Wi-Fi!
We offer flexible sleeping options depending on your particular needs, and can offer single, double or twin rooms with or without private bathrooms; the choice is yours!

Pre-pay gas and electricity meters are installed, giving each apartment control over its energy consumption and costs. We accept payment by bank transfer only. We don’t charge agency fees or have any hidden extras. It’s straightforward, it’s simple, and it makes sense.
